Europe's earliest new wine is already bottled in Badacsony

The bottling of Europe's earliest new wine, the Csabagyöngye started in Badacsony. The harvest ended in early August and two hundred thousand bottles are available – said Varga Péter, managing director of Varga Winery Ltd. at a the press conference on Wednesday in Badacsonyörs.

When the harvest of the European grape varieties begin, the Csabagyöngye is already on the store3 shelves – said the head of the winery. He added: two types – dry, semi-sweet – of the low sugar and low acidity new wines will be marketed – reports – MTI.
