Learning new things is one of the biggest driving forces for adults. Nestlé’s goal with the Youth Employment Initiative is to make entering the world of work easier for young people. For real success in this field, the whole industry and the government should join forces. Luckily, in the last few years cooperation was strengthening, among the many best practices it is enough to mention the cooperation with Szent István University. The representatives of our company regularly give lectures about the challenges we need to face in our daily work and about how we cope with them. Sharing our knowledge with students and getting feedback from them inspires us, and we also learn new things at these occasions.
