XXXLutz acquires Hungarian peer Sconto

One of the Budapester Sconto store, and the one in Miskolc will be Möbelix discount. The company plans 2-3 further stores in 2008.

 From 1. of April Möbelhandels GmbH, affiliated company of Austrian furniture chain XXXLutz acquires Hungarian peer Sconto. ERK has stores in Prag, Budweis, Brno, Ostrava and Bratislava, total sales enriched 50 million euros. The parent company's total sales was over 2.3 billion euros.
