AI in small businesses: lack of guidance slows down progress
According to a recent report by team.blue, small businesses in Europe are progressing more slowly with digitalisation and the introduction of AI not because of a lack of interest, but because of a lack of guidance.

According to Webnode, Hungarian SMEs are enthusiastic, but they need practical guidance to move from experimenting with AI to achieving measurable results

The survey was conducted in 30 countries with more than 8,000 participants and it revealed: 30% of companies don’t know which digital tools to choose and 26% don’t feel confident enough to use them. More than 60% of SMEs that have been in business for more than ten years don’t currently plan to use AI.
