Unilever strengthens in the cosmetics sector
Unilever won the European Commission’s approval to buy Sara Lee’s cosmetics and European household chemicals branch after the company agreed to dispose of the Sanex brand. The EUR 1.2 billion deal will be completed this year and entails the addition of brands such as Radox, Duschdas and Neutral.
