NAV draws attention to the marketing conditions of new types of tobacco products
“Smoke-free” alternatives to smoking, such as refillable electronic cigarettes or heating devices containing real tobacco but at a much lower temperature than conventional cigarettes, are also spreading in Hungary – the National Tax and Customs Office (NAV) points out.
NAV has stated that alternative products qualify as manufactured tobacco and excise goods as well as cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos and fine-cut and other smoking tobacco. Such is the filling liquid for the e-cigarette or, for example, a smoking stick belonging to the so-called “new tobacco product categories” which can be used with the associated heating device. (MTI)
