The Hungarian Trade Association asks the governement to think about new consumer protection fines
The association said it's nonsense that the National Consumer Protection Authority would give fines after yearly sales of the company.
The authority's yearly report said that
the fines should be payed after yearly sales of the company.
President of Hungarian Trade Association Gyorgy Vamos think the idea
is nonsense, the compatition watchdog spys the whole business, so
there is normal to pay fine after yearly income, but the National
Consumer Protection Authority looks after only one products group, so
the fines should belong to that.
