New Criminal Code: no mercy for the distributors of fake products

The new Criminal Code, prospects severe punishment for those who market poor quality products or falsely certifies the compliance of the product. In addition those who mislead the consumers have to face with severe criminal sanctions.

The National Federation of Consumer Associations welcomed the new law, which will enter into force from the 1^st of July 2013 – shows the press release of the organization.
