WorldStar Award for STI Group with Angelli

The 166,000 trade visitors to the interpack 2011 came in search of innovations and outstanding packaging solutions. For those in the packaging industry itself, the real highlight came with the announcement of the winners of the WorldStar of Packaging Awards, an international prize for excellent, trendsetting packaging solutions. The competition is conducted annually by the international World Packaging Organisation.

Thomas Neth, Director of Packaging D-A-CH for the STI Group, accepted an award in Dusseldorf for a high-quality piece of gift packaging for premium spirits. “The fact that our packaging solution for Angelli is now an award winner at the international level as well underscores the wealth of ideas and creativity at the STI Group,” Neth said in reference to the prize ceremony. The Angelli product had already brought the STI Group recognition at a national competition.
