Here is the list of foods that should be avoided in public catering
The Chief Medical Officer recommended bouillon cubes, sugar-sweetened soft drinks and syrup, among the food products that should be avoided in public catering. The list also including too fat meat and meat products and sour creams.
According to the document, that can be found on the website of the National Public Health and Medical Officer Service (ÁNTSZ) when compiling the diet, one need to ensure that the nature of foods suitable for all age groups and to be varied. For example, for children under 14, hot, spicy or highly irritating foods should not be given in a consecutive double-ten public nutrition day – reports MTI.
