Árkád 2 is opening soon
The 20 thousand square meters Árkád 2 situates in the Örs vezér square will be completed in March 2013, while the Árkád 1 handed over in 2002 will be renewed until September – Knut Volquardsen project manager said at a press conference in Budapest on Friday.
The Árkád 1 and Árkád 2 together with their 68 thousand square meters of commercial leasable area will be the country's largest shopping center.
The total cost of the investment, carried out by the ECE Projektmenedzsment Budapest Kft. will be 80 million euros. The development creates 400-500 new jobs – added Gyalay-Korpos Gyula, managing director of the developer. (MTI)
