HelloParks has become one of the country’s most significant industrial developers with its recently handed over hall
HelloParks hall PT2 in Páty also received the occupancy permit, so in just 4 years the company has become the country’s third most important industrial real estate developer based on the total area of the properties it manages, which is currently about 310,000 square meters. Gebrüder Weiss, which is currently the company’s largest tenant, will soon be able to move into the brand new, but already fully rented out building.
PT2 is a 42,000 square meter BigBox building of the HelloParks Páty megapark, which is located on the western border of the capital, along the M1 highway, near the intersection of the M0 and M7 roads, in an ideal location for both local, domestic and international traffic point of view. The PT2 hall, which is now 100 percent rented out, as well as the previously completed, 58,000 square meter PT1 building, meets the requirements to achieve the highest rating, Outstanding, in the New Construction category of the BREEAM sustainability standard. The latter has recently qualified for the Design Stage and is already in the process of obtaining the Construction Stage qualification. During the construction of PT2, the domestic company reduced the amount of built-in carbon by an additional 16 percent compared to the already state-of-the-art solution used in PT1, and this will be the company’s first building that will operate exclusively with a heat pump system. Gebrüder Weiss, which is currently the largest tenant in the HelloParks portfolio, will move in here. The Austrian logistics giant signed a contract for an area of 32,000 square meters. The HelloParks Páty industrial park was the Industrial Real Estate Development of the Year at last year’s Portfolio Property Awards, and the PT1 building was awarded Europe’s best commercial and industrial property in 2023 at the prestigious International Property Awards.
