Russia’s Vkusvill starts Dubai operations
Russian grocery retailer Vkusvill had closed its store in the Netherlands one year ago, but recently it commenced product sales in Dubai via the YallaMarket app, serving the many Russians that moved there – seeking a safe haven from the Ukraine conflict. Vkusvill said its Dubai assortment has started appearing on popular local aggregators and marketplaces as well.
