The Opus Global Nyrt. will be the sole owner of the Kall Ingredients Kft. – the company published on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday.

The minority owner of the grain processor of high priority status in the national economy is Kárpáti László, the founder of the grain processing and isosugar plant in Tiszapüspöki, who decided to sell its stake after Opus Global Nyrt. concluded a majority holding agreement last month with the Trigo Kft. and announced a total of 9 billion HUF development at the plant inTiszapüspöki.
