NAV monitors the compliance with the online account information obligation
From 21 January, the county (capital) directorates of the tax authority carry out audits based on risk analysis for taxpayers who are required to provide online account information and who, on the basis of the control data available to them, have not fulfilled their obligation to provide information on sales with VAT of over 100 thousand forints.
According to the information published on the National Tax and Customs Office’s (NAV) website on Monday, about 1,500 companies that have a VAT difference of over 1 million HUF can surely expect the increased interest of auditors in the first round. (MTI)
