Revolution in self service
According to a 2008 survey conducted by BuzzBack Market Research for NCR Corporation about consumer attitudes towards self service solutions, 67 per cent of French, German, Italian, Spanish and English consumers prefer retailers where flexible self service solutions are available. 56 percent of consumers use self service solutions more frequently than a year earlier. – We have reached a turning point in the progress of self service solutions – said Bill Nuti, chairman and CEO of NCR at the NCR Self-Service Universe conference held in Budapest on 15-16 May.
