More cheap plastic bottled wines were sold in the past year
According to a GfK Hungária’s private household consumption test datas; more cheap plastic bottled wines were purchased, than bottled wines last year.
The wine market for private consumption increased by 5 percent in 2009, but this increase has not been felt in the glass packages, that is the largest volume segment of the market. While a 9 percent decrease occured in the market of bottled wines, the household consumption of cheap plastic bottled wines increased by 74 percent – reports Világgazdaság Online.
