The perfect harmony of Italian ice cream and coolness
Italian ice cream, more commonly known as gelato, is not just a simple sweet, but a pinnacle of culinary art that has been perfected for generations in Italy. This summer is predicted to be particularly hot, and there’s no better way to cool off than with real Italian ice cream! With the help of Gianni Annoni, Gelateria Pomo D’oro presents its latest range of ice creams, which are made from the best ingredients, based on traditional recipes and offered at the most perfect temperature thanks to Candy coolers. In addition, Candy Hoover Hungary Kft. is introducing a new image starting this year, which reflects its innovative products even more.
Italian ice cream, or gelato, is famous for its creaminess and heavenly taste. The ice cream made based on the traditional Italian recipe contains fresh milk, cream and natural flavorings, which are supplemented with carefully selected fruits and seeds. It contains less fat than traditional ice cream, which makes the flavors more intense. During mixing, less air is introduced into the ingredients, resulting in a denser and creamier texture. Whether it’s a traditional ice cream or even a water-based sorbet, the result is definitely a richly flavored yet light dessert.
“It is a great pleasure to work with Candy, because I can use their products in an extremely broad spectrum in the kitchen. Whether it’s hot food, drink or even dessert, during the preparation or storage process, Candy machines with Italian roots help me a lot. The Total No Frost technology in the refrigerators prevents, for example, the formation of frost and an ice layer – through a system consisting of a compressor and an evaporator – and thus indirectly contributes to our ice cream being even creamier than we imagined.”
Gianni Annoni emphasized.
