Bizerba debuts new product at NRF Annual Convention
Bizerba is presenting its fresh produce management system consisting of a new shop scales system K, the retail framework developed by Bizerba and a comprehensive content database.
With this system retailers will be able
to present for example the carbon footprint for their products. The
content database which sales assistants can access via a touch screen
does not only have comprehensive information about origin,
ingredients and preparation possibilities of products. It also offers
sales assistants the possibility of presenting all greenhouse gases
accrued in the manufacturing and distribution of individual products
to the customers.
