The Irsai Oliver wines passed Nébih’s inspection
Irsai Olivér wines were tested in the latest Supermenta test by the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih), with 25 samples passing both official and laboratory inspections, Nébih told MTI on Monday.
According to the announcement, the laboratory analysis of the wines of the 2019 vintage, 24 of them were classified as dry by their producers, while one did not indicate the degree of sweetness. Experts examined more than 50 parameters, including the alcohol content of the products, sulfur dioxide, as well as volatile acid and total acid content were measured as well. (MTI)
