Vast majority of institutions are likely to be closed with a legal successor named

The government has published its decree on which background institutions of various ministries – there are more than 50 – are about to undergo a restructuring. For instance the Agricultural and Rural Development Agency (MVH) will cease to exist but it will have a legal successor. Budapest and county government offices will do the tasks formerly taken care of by the National Food Chain Safety Office (NÉBIH).
