The IMF has improved its global economic growth forecast for 2018 and 2019
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) upgraded its global economic growth forecast for this and the next year in its update of the World Economic Outlook (WEO), which was published on Monday.
According to this, the average global economic growth will be 3.9 percent for this year and next year, which is 0.2 percentage points higher than the 3.7 percent in the October forecast.
The IMF estimates that global GDP grew by 3.7 percent last year. The estimate exceeds the October data by 0.1 percent. (MTI)
