Illycaffè is not for sale, but they would welcome new investors
Premium coffee maker Illycaffè may bring new investors on board in the medium term, but the founding family wants to keep control of the business – informed CEO Massimiliano Pogliani. So far the Italian company has said no to overtures from bigger rivals looking to buy the brand. However the Illy family could bring in investors to speed up a plan made in 2016 to double revenue in 10 years.
