IKEA appoints two experienced executives to drive growth and enhance customer experience
From September 2024, Charlotte Miles and Elmer Chin Woei Njap will continue to strengthen the IKEA company and the creation of a positive customer experience as the managers of the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia region.
Charlotte Miles has become the new regional sales manager for IKEA Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. In this position, Charlotte manages marketing, sales, customer relations, as well as the restaurant and interior design departments as head of commercial strategy, succeeding Myriam Ruffo, who recently joined IKEA of Sweden.

Elmer Chin Woei Njap has been the Area Manager of the mentioned 3 countries since September. Elmer’s job is to oversee the operation of the stores and ensure that customers get the best possible experience wherever IKEA is present. Until now, this position was held by Erin Shi, who recently became IKEA Portugal’s national commercial manager.
