This year 1.4 billion HUF will be available for farm development
The farm development program that was launched in 2011 in the Great Plains can get more impetus this year. 1.4 billion HUF was allocated for this purpose in the budget. This amount is multiple of the 300 million HUF of the last year – the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) told MTI.
The program involves 724 municipalities in seven counties. It is expected that one can apply from April, and 150 farms likely to receive support.
The support among other things will be allocated to purchase farm equipments, to increase the native cattle, to buy landscape-specific seeds and to plant fruit trees. (MTI)
