In the first four months of this year, the number of guest nights in Romania increased by 9 percent
In the first four months of this year, the number of guest nights in Romania rose by 9.1 percent to 6.253 million, compared to the same period last year, the Romanian National Statistical Institute announced on Monday.
Almost 80 percent of guest nights are tied to domestic tourism. The number of domestic guest nights have increased by 12.6 percent compared to last year, while foreign tourists spent 2.6 percent less guest nights in the country. (MTI)
