The FM plans to continue the Year of Local Products event series

The Ministry of Agriculture (FM) intends to continue the Year of Local Products event series from September – Zsigó Róbert, Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) responsible for Food Chain surveillance told M1 news channel on Friday.

He recalled that five years ago the ministry launched a series of programs aimed at disseminating knowledge and introduction. Last year, twenty professional forums were organized, among other things an online market search engine was created as well. The Minister of State said that the ministry tried to aware that if the small farmers and food manufacturers on site unite, they will be able to compete with a department store as well. (MTI)
