Students name EY world’s #1 most attractive professional services employer
EY has been named the #1 professional services employer for the fourth consecutive year in Universum’s 2019 “World’s Most Attractive Employers” annual ranking – moving up one place on 2018 to become the second most attractive employer overall. The 2019 ranking is based on a survey of 247,235 students of business, engineering and IT from top academic institutions across 12 of the world’s largest economies.
EY scored highest among other professional services employers for professional training and development, opportunities to take on challenging work and for being a good reference for future careers. EY was ranked #1 professional services employer in four countries: China, France, Russia and India.
Carmine Di Sibio, EY Global Chairman and CEO, says:
“The ability to unlock new value for businesses, build trust and deliver on the purpose of building a better working world is determined by the people who join the EY organization. EY professionals work hard to create a culture that values and recognizes diversity, inclusiveness and collaboration and this recognition in Universum’s annual ranking once again underscores that students around the world see EY as an organization that can provide an exceptional career experience.”
EY has also once again been named and moved up 12 places to 7th place in the 2019 Great Place to Work “World’s Best Workplaces” list, which is voted for by EY people. Organizations ranked on the list are judged as having excellent policies and practices that support a culture of trust, and this is the fifth consecutive year EY has been named on the list.
