”Green Personality of the Year” – Let’s support the Hungarian candidates working for green issues together!
With the “Green Personality of the Year” award, GREEN BRANDS has been paying tribute since 2012 to those who contribute to the protection of the environment and the promotion of sustainability with their professional work and everyday life. The award was initiated by the GREEN BRANDS organization in Germany and has since become international, and its domestic organization has been recognizing outstanding Hungarian personalities for years. Past awardees include climate researchers, activists, artists and business leaders who have become role models in the field of green living.
This year, 2024, ten candidates have been added to the shortlist of GREEN BRANDS Hungary, who can compete for the prestigious title. The public also has the opportunity to vote between October 10 and 17. During the voting, you can vote for three of the ten candidates, and a narrow professional jury selects the winner from the three people who received the most votes. This year’s winner can receive the award at the regional gala in Vienna on December 3rd, where the Austrian, Czech and Slovak winners will also participate.
Voting details and information about the candidates can be found on the GREEN BRANDS Hungary website: https://green-brands.hu/ev-zold-szemelyisege-2024. Let’s vote together to support those who are committed to a sustainable future!
