TMK special award: for launching and promoting Orbit Envelope raspberry-blackberry-grapefruit – Fruity sensation in an envelope
A new flavour was added to the Wrigley product range last year in the shape of raspberry-blackberry-grapefruit version of Orbit Envelope. The promotional campaign worked out with Prohome Kft was based on the fact that this was the first fruity flavour in the product range. All Envelope products come in premium quality packs of 14 individually wrapped gums which allows it to be offered easily to others. A wide range of creative POS tools and gifts, all harmonising in colour with the product were used. Hostess promotions offering a free pack for people purchasing two packs of the new Orbit Envelope version took place in the cash register zones of 52 hyper markets. Branded Smart cars were also used to tour the country with dartboards and free samples to be won in the game. As a result, sales of the product tripled in participating retail units.
