Franchise Partner of the Year

In 2004 Zita Penczné Bölcskei took over the management of the then centrally operated Diego store in Baja.

She ran the store with great success for 5 years before becoming the network’s franchise partner. Under her leadership the Baja store won Diego’s ‘Quality Assurance Prize’ in both 2012 and 2013. She contributed to the work of the network with many innovative ideas in the last 10 years and her HR work is second to none.
