The Winemaker of the Year became Gálné Dignisz Éva
The Winemaker of the Year title was won by Gálné Dignisz Éva. She is the first woman, who has received this recognition – was announced at the awards ceremony of the Hungarian Wine Academy, on Friday in Budapest.
The winemaker from Szigetcsép was nominated for the award for the fifth time. Other candidates for the prestigious title were Bolyki János (Eger), Borbély Tamás (Badacsony), Dúzsi Tamás (Szekszárd) and Heimann Zoltán (Szekszárd). (MTI)
