Europeans are more satisfied with online purchases than in-store purchases
Eighty percent of Europeans are satisfied with online shopping, while only 67 percent of them are satisfied with offline in-store purchases – the latest UPS representative survey reveals.
The research of the UPS a global leader in logistics and transportation services, showed that European consumers expect the perfect online shopping experience, the price of the goods and the delivery time is crucial. 58 percent of the surveyed had stopped purchase because of too long delivery time, or due to the lack of delivery date.
