TheEuropean Union thinking about licensing camel milk imports
The milk supply may expand in the stores of the European Union Member States: the European Commission is considering the licensing of camel milk imports.
"The camel milk is very similar to breast milk. In contrast to cow milk, it does not cause allergies, has a high insulin content and people with lactose intolerance can also consume it" – said Ulrich Werneryt, scientific director of the Dubai veterinary research laboratory, to Reuters – reports Népszabadság Online.
