The European beer industry can help the ailing EU economies
According to the survey Regioplan and EY (formerly Ernst & Young), Europe’s beer manufacturers play an important role in job creation, contributing to the acceleration of EU's fragile economy.
According to the report, EU's brewing industry provides 2 million jobs, which is representing 1 percent of the existing EU jobs, and other industries, such as agriculture, the packaging industry, logistics, marketing, retailing and the catering industry significantly benefit from the operation of the vibrant and dynamic brewing industry.
