18 percent of the European Agricultural Fund was spent on rural development bewteen 2006-2013
18 percent of the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), was spent on non-agricultural sectoral rural development bewteen 2006-2013 in the last budgetary period of the EU – V. Németh Zsolt told MTI on Wednesday.
The Minister of State for the Ministry of Rural Development (VM), responsible for Rural Development, told that this source in the last seven years was about 260 billion HUF. The ministry has sought to use the available money in the best possible way on the rural population in non-urban status settlements with less than five thousand inhabitants. (MTI)
