The European Food Safety Authority renews the membership of its scientific bodies and Scientific Committee
The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) will renew the membership of its scientific bodies (panels) and Scientific Committee in 2024. The relevant information was recently published on the EFSA website.
This call is for scientists who wish to become members of the Scientific Committee (SC) or one of the ten (10) scientific panels of EFSA in one of the following areas:
animal health and animal welfare (AHAW), biological hazards (BIOHAZ), contaminants present in the food chain (CONTAM), additives, products and substances used in animal feed (FEEDAP), genetically modified organisms (GMO), nutrition, novel foods and food allergens (NDA), plant health (PLH), plant protection products and their residues (PPR), food additives and flavoring substances (FAF), substances that come into contact with food, enzymes and technological aids (CEP).
According to the new, extended deadline, academic professionals interested in membership can submit their applications until April 17, 2023.
