The euro area economic sentiment index peaked at a 21-year high in June
The Economic Sentiment Indicator (ESI) in the euro area and the EU improved in June, reaching a 21-year high in the euro area.
According to a report published by the European Commission on Tuesday, the indicator rose by 3.4 points to 117.9 points in the euro area, and by 3 points to 117 points in the 27 member states of the European Union. (MTI)
