Restaurant traffic has fallen dramatically in recent times, due to the COVID-19 virus and due to the justifiably introduced restrictive measures. Due to the almost complete disappearance of local consumption, food delivery to restaurants is now not only a significant but exclusive source of revenue. At the same time, fixed costs are high in the restaurant sector – raw materials for production, salaries and rents, all of which are constantly paid dues.
