István Széchenyi University in Győr became a member of the UN World Tourism Organization. Joining means the possibility of new contacts, access to the latest data of the tourism industry, and also grant and research collaborations for the institution – the university informed MTI.
According to the information, Samarkand in Uzbekistan hosted the 25th General Assembly of the UN World Tourism Organization, where decision-makers and tourism professionals from around 120 countries deliberated on the future of the sector.
