The number of guest nights increased by 6.2 percent in Romania in the first quarter
The number of guest nights in Romania increased by 6.2 percent to 4,128 million in the first quarter of this year, compared to the same period of last year – the Romanian National Statistical Institute announced on Thursday.
77.5 percent of the guest nights were spent by Romanian tourists, while the other 22.5 percent by foreigners. The number of visitors of commercial accommodations increased by 6.3 percent to 2,189 million. (MTI)
