The first golden medal goes to SELFISH

“Selfish Trout with herb butter, in oven vacuum bag” by Budaörs-based PLP Seafood-company was presented during the SIAL d’OR competition, which took place on May 9th and 10th, 2012 in Montreal and was organized by the SIAL Paris Exhibition.

The jury has awarded the product as SIAL d’Or Category winner, as it has received the highest rating among the other products in the same category. The selfish trout will be exhibited at the SIAL d’Or area during the SIAL Exhibition (October 21st to 25th, 2012 in Paris).

This year, 243 product had been presented in 9 categories at the international turn of SIAL d’Or in Montreal, where 8 Hungarian products have been introduced to the jury, via Trade magazine – representing the Hungarian part of the international jury.
