The heat wave brought massive mineral water and beer sales

The beer and mineral water are consumed more often in the heat. In the stores surveyed by MTI 20-30 percent more was consumed of these drinks in recent days, and with the intensifying of the heat, a further increase in traffic is expected by traders.

Clearly the most popular products are the mineral waters, of which people are shopping three to four times larger amount than the average, so in an average store, approximately 1800-2000 bottles per day – reports MTI.
