The deferred purchases have increased retail sales
The deferred purchases of recent years increased retail sales -according to analysts polled by MTI, who responded to the data of the Central Statistical Office (KSH) that was published on Thursday.
According to the raw data, the volume of retail sales in May 2015, increased by 4.4 percent. The volume of calendar effect adjusted retail sales increased by 5.4 percent compared to the same period of 2014 – according to the Central Statistical Office (KSH).
Ürmössy Gergely, analyst of Erste Bank told that the nearly 10 percent increase of the non-food retail sales indicates that households the households make up the postponed purchases of the recent years. (MTI)
