Analysts say wage growth may remain
Wage growth may continue in the coming months, according to analysts interviewed by MTI who report that wages will rise by 13 percent on average this year.
The Central Statistical Office (KSH) published August’s wage data on Thursday. According to the data, the gross average wage was 13.2 percent higher than a year before. In August, growth in bonuses and other one-off payments was 31.0 percent. The adjusted increase in earnings was 12.4 percent. (MTI)
