Coop Sweden informs about ecological footprint on food packaging
Coop Sweden is putting a barcode on the packaging of more than 10,000 food products that contains information on the ecological footprint of the given product. Shoppers can scan the 10-parameter code – with climate, environment and society related scores on a scale of 1 to 5 – for information.
