Foods, beverages and tobacco products gave four-tenths of the trade surplus
The food, beverage and tobacco trade balance surplus – with the exception of 2009 is increasing since 2006.
Its value was 2.783 billion euros in 2013, which was four-tenths of the entire trade surplus of the last year – the online version of the is 2013 Yearbook of the Central Statistical Office (KSH) contains.
The export volume of agriculture increased by 1 percent in 2013, after the more robust growth of the previous years. However, the volume of imports has narrowed over the past three years, in 2013 decreased by 1.5 percent. (MTI)
