Chinese city dwellers are concerned about food safety
According to a survey carried out in eight Chinese cities, 73 percent of the Chinese population does not consider Chinese-made food as safe.
In Shanghai, more than 70 percent of the residents concerned about the quality of food produced in China – shows the survey of the municipal food and drug safety agency. The residents of the eastern Chinese metropolis are mistrustful mainly in cereals, dairy and meat products, and their ratio is still increasing. (MTI)
