Nestlé creates product exclusively for Foodbank
Nestlé has partnered with Foodbank to launch a product customised for the hunger-relief charity, helping to make 1.2 million meals for people in need.
Called Maggi Hearty One Pot Casserole, the recipe base is designed for six servings, featuring a tomato and mushroom flavour profile. Maggi Hearty One Pot Casserole will be rolled out in the new Maggi recyclable packaging across Australia and New Zealand this month.
“We understand that food relief depends on what is available, and people can get a mix of items and not necessarily know how to turn them into a nutritious meal,” said Kristina Czepl, GM of Foods at Nestle.
