E-invoicing could be resulted in 40 billion euros savings per year
According to the previously stated intention of the European Commission, they want to achieve a 20 percent electronic bill penetration in the EU, until 2020.
The expectation is not impossible, because in Europe an already close to 100 percent expansion was measured on annual level. According to experts; this can be even faster with the strengthening of the state's role. Although the domestic e-invoicing penetration is currently only a few percent in Hungary, the market poses a huge potential – believes Szőnyi György, Managing Director of Számlaközpont – reports tozsdeforum.hu.
